Tests that may be conducted on Friday Freestyle ice: Pre-Pre & Prelim MIF, Pre-Pre FS, Adult Pre-Bronze MIF and Pre-Bronze FS.

* If your home club is other than TFSC, a permission letter from your home club must accompany this application before the test date.

* All non-TFSC tests add $25.00 or may join as Associate Member for $35.00. Associate TFSC club members pay no additional fees.

* Late applications ($20.00 surcharge) will be dealt with on a "Space Available" basis.

Waiver - Triangle Figure Skating Club and USFSA undertake no responsibility for damage or injuries suffered by skaters or officials. As a condition of and in consideration of the acceptance of their participation therein, all members, their parents and guardians, and officials shall be deemed to agree to assume all risks of injury to their person and property resulting from, caused by or connected with conduct and management, and to waive and release any and all claims which they may have against Triangle Figure Skating Club, any officials, USFSA, and against its officers, and their entries shall be accepted only on such condition.
