* Membership entitles you to Team Factory social events, educational classes both on ice and off ice. Team Factory will hold regular ice time that will be open only to Team Factory members and their coaches. Associate Membership ONLY for members that represent another club as their home club, but still want to participate in Team Factory Social Events and Ice Time.
* We are asking that all club members volunteer for 5 hours to help with social events and membership. We are looking for members that are interested in being a Board Member and a Team Factory Committee Chair. Please check the box if you are interested in particapting.

Triangle Figure Skating Club and USFSA undertake no responsibility for damage or injuries suffered by skaters or officials. As a condition of and in consideration of the acceptance of their participation therein, all members, their parents and guardians, and officials shall be deemed to agree to assume all risks of injury to their person and property resulting from, caused by or connected with conduct and management, and to waive and release any and all claims which they may have against Triangle Figure Skating Club, any officials, USFSA, and against its officers, and their entries shall be accepted only on such condition.
